Shipping policy
We aim to process all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen events and we will do our best to communicate with you in these instances.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
If you refuse to pay the duties required by your home country and the package is returned to Ruyi Club, the shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from any refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ruyiclub.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day free returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
